CKCG Health Services is a home care agency located in Norcross, Georgia. We are a provider of skilled nursing care and personal care in Georgia. Our skilled nursing services encompass home health support and pediatric skilled nursing care. Our home care services include companion care for seniors and personal care. Our adult day care services provide personal care support for those with unique medical challenges.
What We Do …
We provide pediatric skilled nursing care for children with specialized medical needs. Care is administered by RNs and LPNs. We also provide skilled nursing care for adults in independent living environments. Our services include blood pressure monitoring, medicine administration, wound care, trach care, and g-tube support.
Our home care services include companion care for seniors and personal care. Companion care services entail light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and meal preparation for seniors. We provide home care services, commonly referred to as personal care, for those who require care that enables independently living.
Our adult day care services give family members the support they need and confidence in knowing that their family members are taken care of in their absence. Our services are provided in a professional, comfortable environment where supervised personal care is managed by qualified medical personnel.
Getting Started …
The entire process starts with a physician, who identifies a medical need. Once the assessment is performed by an RN, we provide a targeted care plan that addresses the unique needs of the client. A detailed schedule is created to accommodate the family’s support need.
As one of the top-rated home care services agency in the Atlanta, GA area, we have built our reputation on providing the care and attention our clients would deliver personally to their loved ones. We serve a total of 37 counties in the State of Georgia located in the Atlanta, GA area and other regions in Georgia. We work with Medicare referrals, insurance agencies, and private payers to deliver the necessary care for our clients.
Samuel Oburota, Agency Administrator
Mr. Oburota earned his finance degree in 1995. He immediately went to work in the finance industry helping major companies get their financial houses in order. He soon introduced software development tools to help companies meet financial goals while enhancing customer service. While working on a project with a major home health company, Mr. Oburota saw major deficiencies in the services being provided to clients. He decided at the completion of the project, he would use his business skills and his desire to provide quality services in a healthcare environment. After several months of additional research and classes, Mr. Oburota founded CKCG Health Care Services.
